Every other night, I take a 7-mile walk in Honolulu. I always climb a  narrow, unlit stairway between Upper St. and Alohea Ave. on a hill in Kaimuki. I previously posted pics of night-blooming flowers along the stairway, thinking that they were Night-Blooming Cereus. As I was taking these pics with my iPhone 13 Pro Max camera between 9:06 and 9:11 PM on 8/9/22, the lady who cultivates the flowers appeared and corrected my mistaken belief. They are Dragon Fruit cactus blooms. Live and learn! The resolution of these pics is a bit fuzzy. They were taken in available light, without flash, and strong wind was moving the flowers considerably.
